why am i here now?? ehh...i was sick and was excused from obs. just wanna THANK JIAP for accompanying me when i was in pain! thanks pal...oh and about jiap, some really funny incidents in school happened...

IODINE INCIDENT
we were in the science lab doing our bio experiment on testing the limiting factors for enzyme action i think (you know, the factors which limit the rate of a reaction such as the availability of the enzymes, and temperature? and obviously enzymes help to decrease the activation energy needed so obviously the rate of raction would be increased duh!)..yah and so like i was saying...we were dropping the iodine drops with the pipette onto the white tile but it was left there a while so some drops were becoming faded, like evaporating. then i realised there was one particlular spot at the side of the tile where one drop had totally disappeared. i was like, 'what if i touched it??'. i checked my sleeve...oops, yeah i did. BUT BUT i knew jiapp was gonna like ask me what happened so i thought i'd better tell her first. and then stupid me went to say, 'oh jiap, i think this drop evaporated.' and she was like, giving me her USUAL sarcastic look, 'it evaporated or you touched it??'...and i, looking quite sheepish, showed her the big iodine spot on my sleeve, said 'i think i touched it'. and that makes a perfectly funny joke. =)

ah so funny its like totally weird we're lab partners cause we end up goofing most of the time. i'm really quite bad at practicals when we're doing in pairs as jiapp says in her usual sarcastic way 'diane you're so good at this'..but she ah...really sotong also. so us two sotongs, sitting there, dunno what to do, get all mixed up and in the end got to copy the results from someone else. OH OH plus jiapp keeps complaining about the smell of the amylase like dog shit or something! like total weirdness lahah!

aiyah! gotta go do physics now. you know physics got a lot to do...like 20 qns (those kind of essay qns) or something from the tys...!
